Luxury on a Budget Chelmsford - B&B ROOM in a quiet family home

Couldn't fault anything. Parking space, house lovely clean and tidy, bedroom comfortable, stocked with all provisions needed for breakfast and much more, very nice washing facilities, bumped into Sue who was very nice to talk to. Would stay again without a doubt.

So manny extra snack given for free she really went out of her way.

Well worth the money I'm surprised you don't charge more, great selection of snacks breakfast and dinner options. The shower was complicated but great once figured out. We forgot our tooth brush but there was new ones for us to use at no cost (thanks for that) clean through out very homely which you don't get from a premier inn. Would definitely stay again!!. Thanks sue

Plenty of amenities available in the bedroom including kettle, hot drinks, fridge with consumable items inside, snacks, cupboard food, Netflix television and generally everything you could think of. Shower was one of those where you have many different functions (and not something I'm used to).

The space around the bed felt small but understand it was a double bed and not much else can be done to make the room bigger. A table to place your plate of food on would have been helpful in the bedroom.

From arriving it was perfect, clean , fresh, modern, comfy and easy access. Great room, comfortable bed, modern all over, snacks absolutely delicious, lots of variety of foods and drinks available in the room. Full fridge, toaster, kettle, cups and plates. Brilliant layout Bathroom was exceptionally clean, all toiletries were available if you didn’t bring your own Fabulous power shower. Just amazing stay
