All requests for check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. No Smoking No parties Do not exceed the number of guest you have on the booking. Check out is strictly 11am (unless pre agreed) Noise measuring device is installed at the property for insurance purposes, it will detect noise levels, cigarets and e-vaping as well as being removed from its mounting plate or switch off (this is strictly not allowed and your booking will be void). The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfectly situation and cosy."

Location very central. Parking available. Secure apartments. Large rooms. Layout excellent. Absolutely perfect for staying in the centre of Balfast. 2 adults and 2 children stayed and we’ve been on many city breaks. This apartment is the best we’ve stayed in. Great value for money. Hosts responsive to message on lead up to the trip.

"Lovely apartment, close to everything"

Fantastic location. Quiet despite being right in the city centre. We didn't do much cooking but we found everything we needed in the kitchen for what we did do.

Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms.

We had a great stay here, flat was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, spacious and had everything you need during a stay. The location was also great and also provided parking which is a great bonus. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Belfast!

A lot of messages in the lead up to the stay. Could do with less and more concise information.

Nice and cosy central to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and had everything we needed

The only negative was, it didn’t state what apartment we were in and the location of the key to get in was a bit confusing I think this needs to be addressed.

"Home from home"

Clear check in instructions with photos, really helpful. Good communication prior to and throughout stay. Able to accommodate an early check in at short notice which was really helpful. Apartment was in great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions, however the apartment was nice and quiet. Clean and comfortable, had everything needed for two adults and a teen. We did need more towels and pillows, these were provided very quickly and there was no issue requesting these. Very handy having an ensuite and a main bathroom, particularly with a teen! Didn't bring a car so cannot comment on parking. If getting a taxi to apartment, we found it easier to direct it to the pub beside it, McHughs. Master bed a bit "squishy" but once we had extra pillows was more comfortable. Loved having tea bags and toiletries provided. Thank you again for a fantastic, hassle free stay!

Nothing at all, would book again on our return to Belfast.
