All requests for check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. No Smoking No parties Do not exceed the number of guest you have on the booking. Check out is strictly 11am (unless pre agreed) Noise measuring device is installed at the property for insurance purposes, it will detect noise levels, cigarets and e-vaping as well as being removed from its mounting plate or switch off (this is strictly not allowed and your booking will be void). The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely apartment. Very responsive communication

Interface with Booking.com app became problematic after trying to confirm payment details for deposit. Apartment owners were very helpful though when we contacted them.

Very clean. 10 minute walk to shops right beside a pub. Would recommend it to other travellers

Beds a bit uncomfortable but very clean sheets made up for it

Was clean, comfortable and ideal location. Had lots of added extras including hair dryer, straighteners, iron & board, spices, dairy liquid etc

Nothing. Maybe slightly better directions on how to get in ie. Door number was slightly wrong and need a key fob to open the front door which wasn’t that clear (probably me not reading instructions properly!)

Excellent central location, parking space.

Drum and base weekend event on over the road. Stopped at 11pm. Nothing you could do about it but it would have been an issue if you had small children

"Perfect location and very clean and tidy apartment"

Email communication very clear for directions for the keys and location to the apartment free car parking space a bonus within a city . apartment was very spacious clean and equipped with everything you would need for a short break hosts even supplied hair dryer and hair straighteners if required, bed very comfortable, had a great nights sleep . great location city center shopping and bars within a couple of minuets walk
