The location

The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the third bedroom is not inside the apartment — it is a separate, cold room across the landing, which is very inconvenient. Several safety and maintenance issues: unsafe windows, unreliable electric stove, ungrounded adapters for appliances, poor ventilation in the bathroom, and a narrow, slippery staircase. The TV was unusable due to no antenna connection and other communication means. Noise was a major problem: loud parties upstairs until around 3 AM with no intervention. No luggage storage and extra fees for early/late check‑in/out. We were also informed of a security incident involving guest data exposure, but communication was vague and lacked meaningful reassurance. Overall, very poor value and not recommended.

Das dritte Zimmer war leider nicht Teil der Wohnung, sondern separat. Zudem empfanden wir den Geruch im Badezimmer als sehr störend, und das Sofa machte einen stark verschmutzten Eindruck.

Location was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of kitchenware.

The pipes/drains in the bathroom sometimes would have a noticeable odor. You need to go through one room to access the other. The sofa was not super clean. Although all the rooms accomodate 6 people comfortably, the couch area can feel cramped.
