The apartment was in a central location for all of the Christmas markets.

The 3rd bedroom is separate from the apartment. It isn't clear on the floorplan that you have to go into a stairwell used by other Tennants. The apartment is currently next to a building site which started drilling way before 7am and is on a noisy road full of nightclubs.

Everything was perfect — a lovely apartment in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend to everyone!

Unterkunft sehr gut - aber sehr, sehr schlecht war, dass im Hausflur ein Obdachloser hauste und es sehr, sehr schlimm roch, sowohl im Hausflur, als auch im Appartement selbst. Die Verwalter konnten das Problem nicht beheben.

Läget var fantastiskt!

Perfekt avstånd till allt i Köpenhamn. Ströget runt hörnet. 15 min till Nyhavn. Café Guldhornet precis bredvid 10 min till Torvehallerne och Christiansborgs slott.

Att vi precis bredvid partygatan har sitt pris menar och maken sover tungt och hörde inte ett ljud övriga u sällskapet hade efter rekommendationer från hyresvärden med öronproppar.

De ligging van het appartement in de uitgaansbuurt. De vele werken in de straat die voor lawaaihinder zorgden. In het appartement is er één badkamer en één toilet, dit is te weinig voor zes personen. Bovendien bevindt het toilet zich in de badkamer wat niet evident is als er zes personen gebruik maken van dat ene toilet en die ene douche.

Det var inte tydligt när vi bokade att det tredje sovrummet var avskiljt från resten av lägenheten, krångligt ! Inte heller tydligt att det var branta trappor.

We needed to look for a place that had 3 bedrooms in 1 apartment/hotel within a relatively short period of time near CPH university, hence we chose this place. The location was the only saviour of this booking as it's quite central and walking distance to supermarket (Netto) and CPH main shopping street (Stroget). There were some bowls and plates, microwave, huge fridge in the house.

Location: it's at a prime location, but with a turn that has many bars and pubs below that operates from night time. I'm ok with it, but my friends may not like it as it'll continue to disturb sleep until 3/4am at least. Bed: I think the beds are alright. Soft and thin like the Ikea kind but still comfortable. Bedroom: 2 of the rooms were facing the road with the pubs, so very noisy. The other room was facing the backyard and not in the same area as the main house, you need to take a few steps out of the main house which has a staircase, which may be quite scary at night. This last room required a different key, so a bit inconvenient to get to the main house, and it's really small, no space to walk around other than to put one luggage. Lock: you need to key in password via the keypad and it's honestly not easy to navigate. There was no prior instruction of how to use the keypad from the owner and we had to leave via the backyard on the first day because we dk how to lock the main door. The staff was also not responsive, takes 30mins to get back each time. I hope the owner will share with the users how to use the keypad. We wasted at least 2 to 3 hours on our first day to figure out how to get in, and how to get out, total waste of my time. Sofa: very dirty with feather stuck onto them, didn't even bother to clean it. Toilet: quite small, got toilet bowl corner and shower corner. Water didn't flow very well, so floor will be very wet after shower even though we used the shower blinds already. Price: it's very expensive. Hotels are not as expensive. Overall: there was no aircon nor fan at all throughout the house. Luckily we went when it was summer but cool, typically at night it's abt 12 to 16 deg, so opening the windows will bring in quite a bit of the air.
