BEThe property is has the benefit of a fantastic location, good staff and good catering provision. Structurally, accommodations provide a bare minimum, sparsely maintained buildings with poor logistical infrastructure getting to the rooms.

USWe had an awesome stay. Coffee and food were amazing (try the empanadas!), and the views from the coffee shop and the room are incredible. There are also free paddleboards and other activities to do. Staff was nice and eager to help in all occasions, and great at giving advice around the city. We will definitely be visiting again!
AUThe facilities are basic but well maintained. The location on the water is beautiful. Especially the self contained rooms over the water. The lovely staff made it an enjoyable stay.
The meals are ok but nothing exciting. The location is close to the heart of Nkhata Bay and can get a bit noisy late into the night. This is obviously out of their control but worth keeping in mind if you are a light sleeper. Generator electricity is not guaranteed when the electricity goes out although this was not a regular occurrence. It was mentioned there was warm water during check in but that was not my experience. Granted I didn’t make a fuss about it seeing as this is common in accomodations at this price point in this area.

AUA truly magical place. To be able to walk out the door of my room and go straight into the water was unforgettable. Clean and comfortable facilities as well. But what made this place special was the staff. Very friendly and helpful, always smiling and always wanting to make you feel at home. Can't wait to go back.
