Patrizia was the best hostess we have ever had! My son had an ear infection during our stay. She called a doctor who came to our apartment for a house call, stayed with us through the whole appointment, took us to the pharmacy to get the prescriptions, and explained how to take the medication. She was so sweet, thoughtful, and I honestly felt like my own mother was taking care of us!! The apartment is in an excellent location and is very nice. I highly recommend staying here. Patrizia and her apartment are the best!!! :)

Our host, Patrizia, was extremely helpful. Helped us find a free parking spot close by, half price breakfast at a cafe nearby. The room was very nice. Martina Franca is off tourist track but i would definitely recommend it as accommodation cheaper, lovely shops and old city centre.

Road bit noisy but we sleep with earplugs while traveling and the room has double glazing.

Great location. Patricia is a friendly and helpful owner offering advice on places to visit and restaurants to visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Pietra del Duca in Martina Franca! Patricia, our host, was amazing – super cool, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She even helped us find free parking nearby, which made everything so much easier. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated how quiet the area was – we slept very well after long days of exploring. All in all, everything was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Martina Franca – and a big thank you again to Patricia for her warmth and hospitality!

Nothing to mention

Beautiful room with original features. Perfect location very short walk to the old town gates. Free parking available a few minutes walk away shown where by our host. Minor issue with toilet seat which was fixed very quickly

Little bit of traffic noise but minor

Wonderful rooms, marvelous decoration. All looks brand new and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is the best you can find. Two steps and you are in the old city center. Patrizia is excellent. Very attentive and smily. She found a free parking place for us, and we always susseeded to find a place over there. This place is highly recommended. Don't miss it.

Pay attention to a problem in booking.com: when you book the quadruple room (2 connected rooms) for 2 people, it looks like you get the 2 rooms, but it is actually only one. No problem at all , because both are great with different entrances and facilities. There is a bit of noise from the road, but the double glass did the work. It didn't bother us.

Excellent location and help to find the door with host helping,and helpful with free parking and restaurants. Quaint rooms that are traditional ,lovely shower,toiletries and towels are provided. Very ,very friendly host.

Fabulous place full of atmosphere - just outside old town and opposite the theatre. Quiet, central, clean, comfortable. Perfect for exploring.
