Fantastic location to walk to the historic district 5 minutes away. PATRICIA was wonderful and so helpful.

It was very cold when we arrived so heating the place up a few minutes before arrivals in winter would be great. Less is more so less plastic flowers all over the property would add more class. it is so beautiful it really does not need the trinkets...

We actually stayed in two different rooms because we decided to stay an extra day. Both rooms were excellent. Very clean and well appointed. Patrizia was an exceptional host. We pretty much booked the room sitting in the car outside and she was there within minutes and took care of everything we needed. The location is perfect. Right next door to a cafe and in the heart of Martina Franca.

I cannot think of a single thing that we didn’t like.

Location excellent, met by the proprietor, very welcoming & helpful, informative about the town & surrounding area. All rooms refurbished, good size bedroom, clean, comfortable beds.

Not an issue for us, rooms only accessible by stairs. Bathrooms well appointed but small.

Very comfortable, super clean. The most amazing pillow I’ve tried! and almost on the entrance of the historic center. Patrizia is a superb host.

It’s over the Main Street so light sleepers might hear a bit of noice. Fixable with plugs.

Very cozy and beautiful room that was in a great location right next to square. bedroom and bathroom were clean and Patrizia was so welcoming

Received an email day of to let staff know 30-40 minutes before arrival but I didn't see it until we arrived at the location. Patrizia came right away but I think it would be helpful for future guests if this info is in the check-in information when guests book

Patrizia bought us some breakfast on our second morning she was very helpful suggesting tours and finding us a driver

Location was extremely central. Within walking distance to all shop and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Loved it.!

Bright, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, great showers, and a wonderful breakfast at a local cafe (given a voucher) with excellent coffee!! We arrived very late (at midnight after a delayed flight and car hire issues) but the host very kindly waited for us.

A bit noisy as we arrived late on a Friday night with music playing in a local bar.
