The property is perfectly located in town close to restaurants, bars and shops. We also drove to several beaches during our visit.

Very nice, cosy and fragrant apartament. Location is perfect - in the heart of the Old town, not far from the beach. The terrace is amazing, although it is on the 4th floor. Everything you need for your stay. Even with cute surprise from the host. Good italian vibe!

If you have problems with movement, maybe this apartament is not for you.

We liked everything about our stay. Some guests may not like the amount of stairs in the house. But we had no problem with them.

La Terrazza di Giò is everything that is described. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the beautiful old town and it is well supplied. Yes, there are many steps to the five levels (kitchen/bathroom, bedroom, bedroom/bathroom, bedroom, and terrace) but this adds to the character and is great exercise. Just be very careful at night time if needing to go downstairs to use the bathroom. We never met the host, but they were very communicative, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

The middle bedroom is extremely small and only has a draw curtain for privacy. Really wasn't a problem but coming from the upper bedroom through this one felt a bit intrusive.

This 4 story house was perfect for the 3 of us to have a few days in Monopoli. It is perfectly located for easy access around the centro storico and just a 2 minute walk to the outside. Our host was accommodating of an early check in to match our train arrival. The house has a nice little kitchen equipped well enough to produce basic meals. There are 2 bathrooms with nice showers. The bedrooms are comfortable with 2 single beds and one full sized. There is AC in each room. The roof top terrace has a nice view of a few of the local spires and the glimpse of the sea shown in the ad. Nice place to hang out with drinks after being out all day.

There was nothing for us to not like about this house.

The location is amazing, just off the main square and easy access to everything.

It was pretty loud outside at night since it is a main walk way. The description of the apartment does not do justice to the amount of stairs you have to climb to each room and the bathroom locations are a little inconvenient for two of the rooms.

- beautiful clean apartment in the old centre - terrace is great for spending time together with friends - seperate bedrooms so you can get privacy (although the middle room is located very close to one of the bathrooms) - the bathrooms are small but clean and well equipped

- not an issue for us but A LOT OF STAIRS! Our leg muscles got sore after a few days haha

Located in a beautiful street in the old town. Easy access to restaurants and the beach. Very clean and well appointed.

The property is suitable for two couples not three. The kitchen is very small although well appointed. There are four levels accessed through many steep stairs some passing through bedrooms. Bathroom on the ground floor meant the first bedroom had to go downstairs to access it. Second bathroom located near second bedroom meant the third bedroom had to access it via stairs and the second bedroom. Stairs no suitable for older people.

Its a house in the middle of the beautiful old town street. You totally feel like you are one of the Italians, living in the middle of all of that history and authentic houses and narrow white streets of Monopoly. Everything is clean and cozy. We loved little balconies in every room and everything look really modern, the kitchen had everything we needed. I would say the location is nearly perfect with only 4 min walk to the city beach. You live in a white Italian Paglia town in a house that is right in the center of everything cool in Monopoly. There is a Terence on top, but we rarely used it . We loved the fact that there were beach chairs and an a sun umbrella in the house which was very useful during our stay.

We saw the stairs of the property but we did not imagine how steep they are to climb up to the top floor. While I understand the stairs are simply part of the authenticity of the house, I would not want to have to use them again on my 10 day vocation. This was one of the reasons we almost never used the top terrace, climbing to the very top from the first floor kitchen never looked worth it in hot Monopoly summer :) Only one room has bathroom attached to it, it means that to get to the bathroom you would also have to use steers for 2 out of 3 rooms. On our stay we had electricity outages every day as soon as someone was in a shower and an electrical appliance was working. Its easy to turn the electricity back on really quickly, but it did not look like a new problem to us.
