La Terrazza di Giò

Location, location, location! Perfect spot in the Centro Storico to explore from. Quaint, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for your stay in the cute little kitchen, including a washing machine. Also loved that it came with two bathrooms and two spacious showers. Our teenage children each had their own space to relax at the end of a long day which they thoroughly enjoyed. Wish we enjoyed the terrace more in the evenings - such a cute little spot. Owner was VERY kind and accommodating with our request for a later check out. Just a wonderful stay, thank you!

Nothing - authentic stay - felt like a local!

Beautiful little town. Great location.

No kettle or toaster or caffettiera to make coffee. There is a coffee machine however once you out of pods you’ll need to either go to a bar or purchase more.

I booked this place to spend time with my family and get ready for my wedding which was happening at the Cathedral (3mins walk from the house). We loved everything about this house, from the snacks and bottle of prosecco which the owners left at the entrance for us to every single room, which was very tidy and with lots of natural light coming in. The showstopper is the terrace where I was happy to relax with my family with such an amazing view. This house will always have a special place in our hearts!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, just 3 minutes walk from restaurants/bars and 5 mins from beautiful beaches of Monopoli. The house itself is beautiful and newly renovated with an incredible roof terrace to enjoy & balconies from each bedroom.

Some slight issues with getting things to work in the house and some trips of the electric- but host was incredibly responsive and all were resolved quickly!

We are impressed with how you renovated and prepared this house to welcome guests. There is everything we needed, even a beach umbrella and sand toys :) I sincerely recommend this place!

Great location in the very center of the city. The terrace is located on the top floor with a view of the surroundings. The rooms are spread over 4 floors (50 stairs to the top floor).Easy access to the apartment using a code 24 hours a day. Very quick contact with the owners via WhatsUp. I recommend.

Absolutely amazing location and beautiful interior. Carefully restored and smartly organized. Easy to find, close to sea and all the beauties of all Monopoli old town. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, small but well equipped kitchen.Superb roof terrace. Very nice snd helpful owner. Arriving we have found „welcome wine” - very nice surprise.

The only thing we were not aware of was that you need to pass through 2 rooms to get to the roof terrace. But still it was only small inconvenience, already forgotten, since the advantages of the place completely covered it up.
