The ambience, the fitted and functional kitchen, the comfortable bedroom, and the size of the bathroom. This made it feel like home for me. The security was great.

You can only get to the reception through a mobile call and the network was always bad. I sent WhatsApp messages and got no feedback. The bathroom had no towel hangers, hooks etc. The soap dish was single and small. No information or guide on how to use facilities provided in the room. Guests had to figure it out. If one is not familiar, it would just be there and not be used. The hallway to my room was dark at night as the light fitting was not provided.

I asked to speak to the manager to discuss some items in a productive way...only to be left waiting. so will need to comment here Booking.com states check out from 12:00 to 14:00. This is not true. No information provided at checkin. please inform people it is 12:00 Staff competence and friendliness = below standard for what this hotel says it to be. Asked what the soup was from waiter...it was "Cream corn soup" only to receive it with chicken. Vegetarians please take extra caution. Very poor communication from staff on important information No cold "Coca cola"? this is a joke as Coca Cola were having a conference at the hotel. Attention to detail = no Questionable stains on duvet cover. this was replaced by staff Nespresso/coffee machine in room but no coffee provided Peace and tranquility = no Being woken up at 3:45am by staff vacuuming the corridor. I complained and they stopped, then staff start again at 7am. So if you want to sleep and rest.......do not stay here. Sorry Mr manager, I tried to talk to you in private

The grounds are kept beautifully. The person who took me on a golf tour was lovely.

The hospitality is poor. There is no communications across reservations and check in. They have no business being on reservation platforms if they can't secure your reservation. There is no landline in the rooms to reach the front desk. I felt I worked more than relaxed.
