This property was quite simply perfect the host has thought of everything ! It was immaculately clean and the complimentary local produce were truly appreciated thank you ☺️

This was our third stay here as it is so wonderful. The host is lovely and her property is exceptional. Everything is so clean, modern and well equipped. The cottage is just off a main road but it is so quiet. A welcome pack is provided and there is a small well stocked shop nearby. Legbourne is a beautiful place and, for dining out, both the Queen's Head and the Royal Oak Splash are recommended and not too far away or a drive into Louth gives much more choice and great shopping particularly on market days

Everything. Beautiful purpose built. Small but perfectly accommodating. Wonderfully decorated throughout with lovely welcoming touches, loved the plum bread. Thank you

Amazing place, beautifully laid out with everything you could need. Our second stay and it was just as good as last year. Thank you for everything especially the little treats.

Not a single thing.

Everything was just wonderful. Communication from Karen was good and available if you needed anything. All the information in the property was very useful, including visiting local surrounding areas. It was a lovely picturesque 15 min walk to a local pub that did some great food. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.
