The location is excellent. Alessandro was polite.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The noise was unbearable (there’s a bar located right below). On top of that, there were construction works in the building, adding even more disturbance during the day. I asked for an extra pillow for my mother and we were given one of extremely poor quality, which we recognised from a nearby store for just 5 euros… it was incredibly uncomfortable. Worst of all the bathroom was not properly cleaned and we ended up cleaning ourselves.

The apartment photos listed on booking.com were taken from an upgraded apartment which was not actually available. The host was inconsiderate about the issues we reported and we spent 2 hours texting (they would not answer my calls) and talking to booking.com after driving 4 hours to Torino. Filling the forms the day before arrival takes 20 minutes with lots of steps, pics with passport next to the face, signing various disclaimers and so on. Apartment was damp, dark - no natural light under the arcades. Mold in the bathroom in few places. Noisy due to proximity to businesses downstairs and construction work next door (concrete walls demolition). Booking.com allows 2 apartments under one listing and this is wrong. The host posted the first 40 photos of the nice apartment and when you book only the dark apartment is available with one tiny picture.

Perfect location.

My cell phone did not work to open the door to the building two times. I think this was a problem with the cell network. Once I had to wait outside 10 minutes to enter. Two other minor issues: there is a sidewalk café downstairs. Not loud noise, and not late at night, but it could be a problem for someone who wants to work. Also, I was not always certain which party to contact of the three involved: Booking, Toh Solutions and Queen Apartments.

Great location The host was extremely helpful. The room is very nice, well-managed and has all facilities necessary.

Great instructions and communications. Really beautiful place and the location is perfect. All good places and sights in walking distance. We loved the place and felt comfortable.

Sofa in the living room wasn’t as comfortable but it’s only a very minor thing.
