"Great location but not well maintained"

The location is perfect Communication with the owner / rental company was uncomplicated

Cleaning service is very superficial, for example, you see dust everywhere. And what is worse, there is mold in the bathroom

"Exceptional"

Amazing place, beautifully located in the heart of Turin. All amenities, large room, full kitchen, huge shower and private bathroom. Walking distance to many sights. Parking for car right across the street. Also many restaurants and shopping stores all around. Magnificent!

"It was a nice stay but some things that I mentioned can be improved."

The location was perfect, the access was easy, building was old and authentic in a very central neighborhood.

The apartment was not throughly cleaned, bathroom had some molds etc. Bathroom amenities were cheap and in smallest size, which is not enough for the stay, no touch up cleaning service is done nor garbage is thrown for 4 days stay. Also, Check out time is 10am which is quite unusual. There were no guide or tips related the city.
