Spacious Flat Sleeps 8 near Princes Street

The apartment was located within easy walking distance of city centre. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable

Nothing all good

Location was excellent, shower and beds fine. But could do with a proper clean.

Steps down into property covered in leaves and no light outside, also where the heating appliances were we noticed a chewed bait box and droppings from mouse we presume. I do believe dropping in other rooms, we did discuss about booking somewhere else but we stuck it out.

The location is very near the city centre. We love that it has a wide space. It was clean. We are not picky. We like that we can cook and rest.

The place needs a little TLC. The outside needs cleaning. It has a lot of potential given that it is very near the city centre

Location was excellent and the size of the property was wonderful for our family.

Lots of broken furniture, do not enough for our family of 5 to sit at the table. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee machine kept asking to be descaled, front porch and steps were so covered in leaves and slippery, no lighting, was quite dangerous. Probably needed a good scrub!

So spacious and the best location 2 mins away from City Centre

We didn’t see it but we were sure there’s a small mice somewhere.

Spacious and well located

It wasn’t clean, was furnished without care, the beds were cheap and old, and basic amenities were not supplied. There was a large puke stain on the foot of one bed and carpet that had molded. Mouse droppings.

The dining room chairs were dated and wobbly. One collapsed when it was sat on. We didn't think this was an unknown issue as we found another broken chair in a cupboard in the lounge.

Loved the location.

Need to be cleaned properly, mold in the windows. The funny’s that they are charging us £150 for the cleaning per stay.
