Brilliant location. Easy walking distance to main tourist areas. Key access great. Beds comfy.

Apartment could do with some tlc. A little tired and broken in places.

Good location. Very specious for families. Washing machine.

Needs better cleaning. Update furniture, no wardrobe. Better to have a dryer for clothes, or at least a good hanger as it was broken.

Comfortable for group of 6. Plenty of space, functional kitchen with enough plates and mugs as well as cooking utensils. Unbeatable location, walkable to the Royal Miles and Princess Street. A bus stop right in front of the unit and walking distance to a tram station.

The walkway down to the front door it's a dark, just need to replace the bulb.

No light outside door and stairs, really need during the night.

Front lawn needs maintenance. Please clear the grass and steps and it will be one of the best properties available.

Every area was spacious enough for us, 7 pax. Enough bed and space for each room and has 2 shower areas. The apartment was close to shopping centre and Calton hill,and walking distance away from train station. A bus stop was at the front of the building as well.

It was hard to find because they provided an old picture of the place and the only Mark was a 2A written on the wall with a chalk or a paint probably. It was small. We went circling around the area as the post code shows that it was at the back of the big building. I called them to say that they need to update the picture of reference but they said we shouldn’t refer to that and look for the address in maps. However when I showed the picture of the address on the map, no one replied. We found it but paying for early check in was not worth it. There was no toilet roll enough for the duration of our stay. They only provided 1 toilet roll. I messaged them but no one responded. It was the first accommodation we rented as a group to not provide this. The apartment was clean but I get itchy sitting on the sofa bed.
