Staff were helpful, if you didn't say hang the sign to clean your room, they didn't bother or wake you up, on the other hand if you request cleaning, they always clean your room.

Lithuania is a cold place I don't know if I did something wrong, but my AC didn't heat at all, given that it was 10 deg. Celsius at times and windows weren't exactly windproof(at times I could feel cold wind getting through) it got pretty cold at night(I recommend sleeping in thermal clothing if needed).

La posizione è ottima e il servizio in camera anche (cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, pulizia del bagno, fatta eccezione per il primo giorno).

Quando sono arrivato ho trovato due ragni e relative ragnatele nella vasca da bagno. L'asciugacapelli non funzionava, quando l'ho attaccato alla presa si è surriscaldato e ha cominciato ad emettere odore di bruciato (potevo tranquillamente essere fulminato). Alla mia richiesta di aiuto mi è stato risposto che in effetti era rotto (quindi a quanto pare era cosa già nota) ma, essendo attaccato al muro, non si poteva fare niente se non andare in un'altra stanza per asciugarmi i capelli. Tuttavia, quando ho chiesto se fosse stato possibile andare in un'altra stanza per asciugarmi i capelli, la risposta è stata negativa. Alla fine sono uscito per andare a cena con i capelli completamente bagnati alle 21, quando fuori c'erano 10 gradi. Adesso ho raffreddore e torcicollo. Inoltre la moquette è sporca e una finestra non si poteva aprire perché rotta.

Die Lage war interessant - in einem Casino-Gebäude im fünften Stock. Es gab ein Problem beim Einchecken - die Zimmerkarte fehlte. Aber nach einem kurzen Anruf ist sofort jemand gekommen und hat die Karte gebracht. Es gab gut funktionierendes Internet. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und Geschirr, das war sehr komfortabel. Man konnte direkt mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof fahren, da die Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe war.

Die Beschreibung, wie das Gästehaus zu finden ist, war zu knapp. Wir hatten es nicht erwartet, dass es in einem Casinogebäude mit Paradeeingang liegt. Wir sind umhergeirrt und haben den richtigen Eingang erst nach Unterstützung durch das Casino-Personal gefunden. Es gab pro Person nur ein Handtuch, ein weiteres Handtuch wäre gut gewesen, da wir im Sommer da waren und es heiß war und man öfter duschen musste. Da die Unterkunft kein Frühstück anbietet, musste man außer Haus essen, in der unmittelbaren Nähe gab es keine Frühstückscafés.
