A charming Stand and Stay flat in Alicante

Apartment is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with a perfect layout for 2 couples. Bedrooms were quiet even during Fogueres Festival. Patio is nice, although higher floor balconies overlook it. Location is convenient for exploring the city on foot.

We had to pick up keys at a rental office 10 minutes from the property although we registered online through their system over an hour prior to our accepted check-in time and there’s a key lockbox at the property. Staff was unhelpful with broken master bedroom ceiling fan (no ac in bedroom) and leaking dehimidifier. Also found 2 cockroaches but apartment was clean. Ultimately, rental agency needs to do a better job.

Very good location, spacious living room, good kitchen with appliances, helpful owner (the kitchen sink was dripping, a plumber arrived immediately after we reported it)

The bed in the small bedroom is very hard, the doors don't close quietly and properly, the apartment lacks ventilation, which results in a damp smell that lingers on clothes.

Everything was great the only problem was, it was cold in apartman because it was not sommer! But we now know for nexte time!

Nice interior and decoration. Loved it! Home-feeling and not as a rental appartment Perfect stay, fully equiped kitchen. Check in online but good & fast communication.

There was a smell (mold?) in the appartemt, but typical for older buildings i think. Location was not as central as we hoped, but it helped us to get our daily steps 🙃

Lovely decor, spacious, in wonderful condition. it looked amazing in the photographs and even better in person
