The old pub hotel was beautiful and set in a lovely village a short walk from the beach. Staff were super helpful and friendly

Friendly staff and good evening meal and breakfast

The room might have been cleaner. There ws an unemptied litter bin in the bathroom wiyth beer cans in it.

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating; the rooms and beds comfortable and the general ambience and location of the pub excellent. We will definitely stay again. We were fed and looked after very well.

"A wonderful stay. Perfect location. Friendly and welcoming staff."

Beautiful location. Our room had a wonderful view, looking out towards Southwold. Gardens were lovely. Evening meal quality was fantastic! A lovely atmosphere all round.

As guests/residents, it would have been nice not to have to order from the bar for our main meal. In the bathroom, shower could do with a freshen up.
