I usually don’t stay in the apartments and prefer hotels, so this was first. Let me tell you - it felt like being a true guest and being welcomed by a family. Marco was so helpful and friendly, the room was spanking clean, beautiful view from the balcony, beautiful area, very quiet yet easy access to everything you need. Sorrento felt like home to me for these few days I’ve stayed there and I cannot wait to be back. I’ve stayed in 7 hotels during this trip - this was the best accommodation hands down!❤️

Perfect apartment, wonderful location, amazing view from the balcony. Lift, self check in, private bathroom, a lot bath things and towels. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent. Close to main square and train and bus station (5 min walk to both). Loads of eateries and bars close by. Daily cleaning if you require it.

There was quite a bit of noise from the apartment above which disturbed sleep for 2-3 nights (it is mainly a residential block) but this was not something we complained about as it’s part of being in an apartment block.

Best value for maney. The hotel is in an apartment building. No front desk but the stuff answer swiftly and is eager to assist (thank you Fedrica). Big and nicely decorated room, close to the historic center,restaurants and the sea shore

Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from the main square. The room itself was great, had everything we wanted - comfy bed, smart TV, kettle, coffee and balcony. Even a hairdryer and shampoo for shower. Air conditioning as well. Self check in was great and instructions were clear.

It is on the 4th floor of the building so we mostly used the elevator but it did seem a bit tight / claustrophobic. The building outside the room was very dated and there was a bit of a smell in the room when we first arrived so we aired it out.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The room was tidied and the bed made each day. The location was convenient to transportation and restaurants/shopping. Walking to our lodging from restaurants and train station felt safe at night. The host was quick to respond to our questions/concerns with thorough /detailed answers by text.

No cons.
