Pretty much Nothing

The place is not labeled therefore taxi had to go around stopping and looking at call boxes. Once you find the correct place you have to trek your luggage a good distance to get to the entrance door. The place IS NOT A HOTEL. It looks like the investors purchased a unit in an old dirty building and converted the unit into three rooms. The room was newly done but it is best described as an IKEA unit. The elevator is sketchy to put it nicely. My mountain room view room left alot to be desired of. The view was 99% tenant balconies...with the tenant's outside. No privacy so we had to maintain shutters closed at all times. We only stayed here one night because we extended our trip a day. We stayed for 3 nights at angeilina relais. Only a few blocks away but what difference those few blocks made. COMPLETELY different atmosphere. There you felt in your own little private oasis. LUSH gardens with swings and private balconies. PRICE at Angelina was much cheaper and the whole experience was outstanding. Staff was extremely helpful. I can not say that for my booking at Aranci. All around I would not recommend this place. Do your research! Would never book here again.

Excellent location. Exceptionally clean. Helpful communication from owner. Very secure. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed. Good air con. Balcony with Mountain Views.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and location was great! Customer service was amazing, Federica was very quick to answer and provide help whenever needed😊

- water in the shower would randomly get cold. It took forever for the water to get hot - water in the sink would never get hot - AC not strong at night for some reason However Federica was very responsive over WhatsApp and was quick to help with any issue I would still recommend staying here :)

It was difficult to find, but I sent a message to the owner and she answered fast and helped me.

The bedroom was very clean and modern

It advertises as a bed and breakfast but you can’t use any facilities in the kitchen and our coffee machine didn’t work so I don’t think you can call it a bed and breakfast. We also had a cold shower quite a few nights.

It was close to sorrento and very close to the train station. The AC worked great too!

Getting in and out of the building was a little tough (several codes and different keys needed) and we didn’t love having a virtual check in (never talking to the staff). It just didn’t feel very welcoming.

The room is located about 5-10 minutes walk by the city centre and well equipped. Federica, the host provided us detailed informations about the self check-in system what was very useful.

The place was exceptionally clean and had great wifi, also a great location close to the station and sorrento center. The room had ample space for luggage. The room smelt amazing and the balcony was a nice addition.

The air conditioning made some funny noises and the mattress was a little too soft but of course this is personal taste. There was no option to leave or drop off luggage outside of checking/out times which can be difficult if you plan to travel early/later.
