Staff were very friendly, polite and always helpful.

Bathrooms

Well located with a nice common area, kitchen, and good vibes.

The private room is 2 full flights of stairs away from the bathroom and the showers were quite dirty.

The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The fish smell but they have acknowledged it and i know they are working on it so it's okayy.

The owner, the managers, the minions... all lovely. A lovely place to be with a good atmosphere.

Breakfast could involve more fruit, more choice, perhaps mangoes. Other than that it's good.

Breakfast (free chai!), communal spaces. Very accomodating as I came very early in the morning.

As I came very early in the morning, didn't get the introduction I assume one would with what was available and where.

Staff were all super helpful and had amazing resources for exploring Mumbai by yourself. Also offered many experiences and tours you can book. Rooms were all super clean and it had a great atmosphere.
