The staff were really welcoming and helped us so much when one of us got food poisoning (not from food at the hostel!). Would really recommend

I liked my stay, the location is amazing except for the fact that it smells like dry fish because there is local market nearby. Additionally the people who stay there are super nice and friendly and there is social vibe there. I worked there for 1 weeks so also digital nomads are welcomed. The staff is also very nice.

I feel the place doesn’t renovate or buy sth new or invest into a place it feels like everything it’s super old and run down. I believe that if you invest even every month into sth new you can keep the place modern and comfortable. Cheers!

This is such a great hostel in India which really makes an effort in bringing people together. From the free breakfast in the morning which was a very nice touch considering you barely get anything when you stay in hostels in Europe to organising activities and tours to just chilling in their Hammock - I really enjoyed my stay here. The free evening chai is the best. The location of the hostel is superb. Loved that I could just walk to the carter road promenade.

There was a bit of the fish smell in the area but the hostel had a lot of diffusers on to manage it. The smell was on and off and I was told its just a summer problem and its not a whole year thing.
