GBProperty was clean and comfortable with great views. Also provided snacks and tea/coffee. The location was brilliant and could reach the city centre with a 10 minute walk.
The host was extremely rude! We’d only received an image of the door number and pin to the location. We tried the lockbox code in our email and it didn’t work so called the host to resolve the issue to be met with rudeness and adiment he’d sent us all the necessary information so said to check again and hung up on us. We checked, nothing, called back and explained so he hung up again and came to the apartment. Despite me showing him the only email I’d received was the door number and no messages on the app he continued his rude attitude and passive aggressiveness. He also said he didn’t have my contact information although showing him to contact guest, my telephone number was there and called me to prove it was mine (despite calling on that number earlier). After 10-15 minutes of back and forth we finally managed to get into the property but felt this situation could’ve been handled better by the host.
