Smile's Home

This is an absolutely stunning house, located in the heart of Catania, close to everything. It was clean, with clean sheets and towels, very clean kitchen. The host is a great guy who not only was super helpful but also helped us when we needed a little bit of extra time during check out. I would always come here if I come to catania. Both rooms were clean and beds super comfortable! Its a spacious home with plenty of space and big bathroom! We loved it very much!

It is situated very close to the center of catania, close to all amenities

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Its location is close to the center of Catania. It met our expectations. The host was friendly and accommodating. Assisted us with luggage and transportation to the airport! We had a great time!

The location was very close to the main square and Duomo and apartment was a good size. Bed was big and comfortable.

Host did almost nothing to help us out. We travel a lot and look for places with good kitchen's and fitness facilities. Smiles home advertised this, but did not provide this. Kitchen was almost unusable, cookware was awful and stove only had 1 working burner out of 4. Host said he would fix but didn't. No workout facilities plus the power and wifi kept going out. Host again not concerned about helping with our concerns. Terrible customer service.

Many things should be renovated, no door on the second room, not possible to let the open air come in beacause the smell from outside also the (restaurant’s?) staff were loud next to the windows during night - but summary for 3 nights it was OK to stay.
