Everything. Extremely poor maintenance. Toilet leakage in the most expensive suit room. Rude staff. No co-operation. Cockroaches in the room.

Everything about this place is exceptional.. we stayed here for the 3rd time.. season or off season.. it's the same every time.. access to the beach and their inhouse restaurant food is just to vouch for!

"Lovely, clean hotel. Bathrooms bit dated for price. Staff go above and beyond, esp Elizabeth in the dining room-so kind"

Not much choice at meal times, although staff did bring us an ‘English’ menu to choose from too which was thoughtful of them

Absolutely loved staying here, if and when we return to Candolim I will stay here without hesitation. All the service staff were amazing but have to say the smiles that Raj and Sunny had everyday infectious, Jit Francis, Madden, Ganesh, Prakash and the lovely guy who took care of our room Nichith you also had lovely smiles xx everyone went above and beyond for everyone who stayed. There was also a conference at the same time and in no way this affected our stay excellent.
