Plas Coch, Snowdon Views with Large Garden

Lovely location. Very clean and well equipped. Amazing place to stay. Close to a lot of great North Wales attractions

Only downside was the WiFi speed, as the tv stopped working a couple of times, but it started again, so wasn’t a major issue in any way

This is a really lovely place , furnished and decorated well - comfy beds- well equipped kitchen - peaceful- warm - great lounge and tv and great bathroom - hot tub is fantastic - we had a great stay - had everything we needed/ gas ran out one day and the host replied to my email quick and sorted quick

A lot of the left over food items are so out of date it’s off putting , and the cupboards they are in (3) are dirty inside not been touched for a long time , - outside needs attention garden has litter dropped all over , decking and conservatory windows and outside back walls have green mould and weeds coming right up to decking area - inside bathroom cupboards need all the spilled toiletries and used left items removing and a good clean out - fireplace could of been cleaned out from last use and we could of been left at least a couple of logs for one fire -

Everything. Couldn’t fault a single thing. Superb location. Unbelievable amenities within the house. The owners left us a very handy guide for everything too.

Only that I didn’t book a longer stay

Hot tub was a really nice touch. Nice and spacious. In a great location with a good amount of privacy. Very detailed book on arrival. The tv downstairs had sky and logged in to Disney plus. Also had hdmi cables which most places don’t have which was a great touch.

There were spider webs everywhere, paint needed going over. Cupboards were full of random things. The whole place was surface level clean, it needed a good deep clean. The living room smelt really badly of wet dog and windows were green.

Lovely house, verging on luxury. Hot tub was cool. Convenient location for climbing Snowdon. Clean. Lovely. Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Basic food goods, clean, modern decor.

Fabulous location, fixtures and fittings looked just like the picture, beautiful bathroom, we had an issue with the pans and it was dealt with within a couple of minutes, thank you

None of the bedding had been ironed Only one two seater couch in the garden, no cushions, we had to take turns sitting outside, it’s a four bed property Grass quite long, kept losing the ball when playing with the grandchildren Ceiling in the dining area needs painting and quite a few scuff marks throughout Freezer was full of other people’s leftovers, struggled to fit in the food I had brought with me Therefore I don’t feel it deserves the ‘luxury’ tag although happy to give good
