Plas Coch, Snowdon Views with Large Garden

The property was beautifully furnished and also very homely. It’s also a perfect location to get to all the key sights and no places to visit around Snowdonia. The use of the hot tub after long walks was a big bonus!!

Minor thing but we couldn’t get the tvs in the bedroom to work but were happy enough with the lounge set up.

Beautiful location, great views, hot tub ready to use, and spacious house with a quiet semi secluded garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the mode com. The bathroom is beautiful with both a bath and a separate shower which is great. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 big single beds. There is a big lovely kitchen very well equipped and a nice separate lounge with a big TV.

unfortunately the separate lounge smelled of dog quite badly when we were there, luckily the rest of the house was fine. The bedsheets could be better, I would suggest investing in some new sets for both bedrooms.

The location is perfect for a family break. Snowdonia is a 10 minute drive in one direction, and beaches and Anglesey are a 10 minute drive the other way. The house is beautifully decorated with all new appliances and furniture, and a nice large garden with the hot tub.

The garden is probably deliberately left for wild flowers, but a small patch of mown grass would have been useful for the kids to run around on. Currently the garden is wild and not suitable for children. It did encourage some nice birds into the garden, which we appreciated all the same.

Fabulous facilities with a lovely modern decor, exceptionally clean with a lovely homely feel. Hot tub was gorgeous and surround garden and scenery was stunning. Highly recommend, we also had a fabulous lady come in and decorate with balloons and leave surprise hampers for us to celebrate my husbands birthday. She also was exceptional and went the extra mile to include my 2 daughters and left them both a surprise hampers full of activities and treats to keep them entertained throughout our whole stay. Alone with 2 individual unicorn balloons, huge success and lovely little personal touch!!! Honestly can’t recommend enough!!!

The grass in the garden was slightly over grown, but this is me being extremely picky. Please don’t let it put you off, it definitely won’t affect your stay!!!

The property is designed well, really cosy sitting room and great TV. Nice secluded area with great views.

Whilst the property was clean there was damp and black speckles of mould on the kitchen ceiling. I think there may be a general damp issue in the house as there’s a musky smell throughout. The outside of the windows upstairs were grotty and covered in green. The hot tub also smelt - this was a damp smell, not sure if this was the water in the hot tub or lid of the hot tub. There were lots of marks across walls which deteriorated the luxurious feel of the property. Overall we don’t think the price reflected the quality of the stay.

The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing few nights away. Bonus was beautiful hot tub area.

Could do with more outdoor seating

Fantastic location, house is spotless and decor is gorgeous! Everything was fresh/clean with up to date TV and facilities. The only hiccup would be the hot tub was not ready to be used on arrival (6pm) was only Luke warm! We also had no hot water from 9pm or the morning after, cold showers are not for the weak!😂 Other than that, a lovely stay, handbook was great and well informed. Beautiful location and a beautiful stay overall!
