2 bed ensuite with fantastic night view and Old Trafford Stadium

Location was perfect with a stunning views

The property was not well maintained. The front door handle was broken, meaning it could only be opened from the inside using the key, which felt unsafe and would make a quick exit difficult in an emergency. The wardrobe door was also in poor condition and actually fell on me when I tried to open it, as it was hanging off its hinges. Additionally, the listing advertised free parking, which was misleading. There was no free parking available nearby, and when I contacted the property manager about onsite parking, I was informed there was a £15 per night charge. This was not disclosed anywhere in the booking details. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both safety concerns and inaccurate information.

The view was the only reason for booking this place. It was spectacular.

The sofa in the sitting area could've been a bit bigger. The bedsheets were not clean or had a sweaty smell honestly this is something I have red in some of the reviews aswell and i have experienced it myself.

Nothing i stayed in this property 5 mins looked around and left to find new clean acceptable hotel that was at a good standard.

Wanted £20 a day to park our car The list goes on Horrible person that was our contact couldn't speak clear English very rude.

The view and hot water

The property does not resemble “Penthouse fully equipped “ as the description states other than it being on the 20th floor as luxury it was not. Has the cleaner access to a duster or glass cleaner as the bathroom shower screen and bathroom mirror were not clean and neither was the hall mirror and the towel rail and skirting boards have not seen a duster for a while. The door to the balcony from the lounge was the same, even the hairdryer was full of fluff. The bed linen had not been ironed which I have never experienced before and the wardrobe backing was not attached making the whole wardrobe rickety. There was no hand towel or tea towel in the kitchen and the 2 dish cloths were smelly. The property stated tea, coffee and snacks, there was an open box of tea bags and 2 instant coffee sachets but no snacks unless it was intended that the snacks were the several packets of noodles, rice and spaghetti in one of the kitchen cupboards. The toiletries were something I have never experienced before either, they were half empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo looking like left overs from previous tenants. As stated in other reviews the property is not equipped for 4 people , thank goodness there was just 2 of us !
