GBThe apartment was lovely inside- clean and comfortable beds- Fans were available as we arrived in the heat wave ! Which made sleeping uncomfortable but this has no reflection on the apartment is was the weather !! It was walking distance to the bull ring and looked like the trams were close by even though we didn’t use them
I would say the instructions were very clear how to find the property, however it’s up a flight of fire stairs which could be difficult for people I am not to sure if this was clear in the description- Also would be nice to have some hand soap available

The entrance is through a metal staircase like a fire escape, the flat (N2) bedrooms are directly on the main road, very noisy all night. The apartment was too hot, for both reasons we hardly slept.
DEGB1 min walk to The Asylum (venue for a gig we were there for) Very comfortable beds We've never stayed in an apartment before, and have always gone for a hotel - we loved having a place to hang out rather than just a bedroom!
Water pressure in the shower was poor (if you've got long hair, then forget about washing it well!) Box of coffee sachets, etc, was appreciated, but there was no sugar

Incredibly noisy as bedrooms faced busy road. Continuous traffic noise and loud groups of people in the vicinity, talking loudly until 4am. Cold shower, despite it being electric
GBThe flat was a bit difficult to access stairs bit steep. The flat was comfortable but would benefit from more seating if occupied by 4 people. Little noisey as windows are not double glazing. Comfortable beds well equipped nice apartment central location. Had a lovely Indian meal in the pub next door. We would recommend.
GBPerfectly located for a quick walk to the tram stop into the city. Directly above a nice take away. Cosy and comfortable. Feels safe with the security gates.
It is to sleep four but the sofa is only for 3 at the most. There is no dining table but space for a small one in the corner near the TV now it's on the wall. That would give extra chairs for watching TV too. I should have checked before I came but my mum struggled with the stairs, particularly the few up to the flat as there are no rails. Would be great to make it clear that it is first floor with external and internal stairs. Having said that, we managed and loved our stay!

No issue with the actual apartment at all but the road outside was noisy all night.
