Great location! Beautifully designed villa, with Bali vibes but still modern and minimalist. well maintained. spacious pool. Tasty breakfast.

Very beautiful and spacious villa, centrally located in Seminyak. Only a few minutes walk to Seminyak square area and to the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our private time here. It's in a local neighborhood, and we loved the exotic vibes.

Like most villas in Bali, the roads towards villa can be a bit dark at night. but it’s common in Bali.

The villa come with a spacious pool for 2 and is very well maintained. And we loved the location: 3 minutes walk to Sisterfields cafe (the best brunch cafe in Seminyak), and Seminyak Village (shopping mall). Expat, Revolver Espresso are all around the corner. 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach Petitenget, where sits a nice local temple, a cute restaurant La Lucciola and beach bar Mano house!!!! And yet the villa is in a quiet local neighborhood, very tranquil and authentic. (Some part of the roads at night doesn’t have lights, but we are totally fine with it, very common in Bali.) We would definitely come back.

Promptness of the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. However, the property’s condition was bad. Location of property was good.

The property’s photos shown on the booking site were beautiful. However, in reality it was a disappointment as it is old. 1. There were loose tiles in the swimming pool which were at the bed of the pool. That’s so dangerous! We could have gotten cut!!!! 2. The outdoor pillow was yellowish and dirty 3. The metal frames of the mirror were rusty due to wear and tear 4. Mosquitos 5. Kitchen looks run down and has a musky odour 6. Landscaping wasn’t well maintained 7. No cable TV or local TV channels. Only Netflix and YouTube. In general, the villa was already very old. Not like what it was advertised.

The villa is close to the heart of Seminyak, within walking distance of eateries, spas, the beach, bars, convenience stores and just about everything one would need for a stay in Bali. We spent 6 nights here and had a very comfortable stay. Just the most amazing hospitality by the team - Wayan, Suma and several other service staff - who were very on point. There isn’t actually a lobby or support staff onsite at the property but the team was so responsive and prompt to act that it didn’t matter at all.

A lovely spacious villa with privacy and a private pool. The staff were really helpful and kind.

We arrived at 8pm and there was no lights on or indication of how to contact anyone. We were relying on wifi so we couldn’t email or call them but luckily our taxi driver let us use his phone to contact them. Once they realised we were waiting outside they came straight over and were lovely but for a few minutes I was a bit worried that we would be left outside in the dark. Perhaps it was our fault for lack of communication before arriving but this was the only negative - otherwise it was great!
