Quiet location Clean friendly staff

The kitchen didn’t have fresh coffee it was all dried up and disgusting and just an old kitchen compared to the rest of the place

A beautiful stay in this hotel, perfect Villa for a gateway and located in the Centre of Seminyak easy to access everywhere walking or on the scooter. Beautiful room and pool very clean we loved it. The staff is very kind and attentive, thank u so much for among our stay memorable. Staff Gusti, Erik, Bayu and Sugi were very nice and professional, thanks to them for arranging breakfast for 1 day and the airport transfer upon our departure. We were very happy and appreciated for their service. They made for us a honeymoon decoration in the room and assisting with renting a scooter from their hotel. We will be definitely back again.🇮🇩❤️🤍

"The most horrific place I stayed in."

The location was great 8/10.

A lot I cannot write them all here. I waited almost one hour to get into the villa 16:00 P.M. I settle down and put my staff then someone came and told me he will change my villa so it is really frustrating. Claiming I got the wrong villa. I was there only for one day. He promised me to give me a breakfast and he didn’t. The stuff say a lot of words sorry, I didn’t mean that, it won’t happen again. For sure they know only how to talk and make promises. I don’t want to mention names -__- . The swimming pool is dirty. The garden wasn’t clean too. A lot of noises in that area. This is most horrible place I ever stayed in. Good luck when you plan to stay there !!

"Perfect quiet location"

Property was only a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Village. Lovely quiet location. Nothing was a bother for Wayan and his staff. The Villa was beautiful inside and out.

"Amazing villa, great location, peaceful but close to it all!"

It was better than expected! Location is super easy, but mainly the peacefulness around the villa, felt so private! Would highly recommend to friends, the villa was beautiful, well maintained & relaxing!

The kitchen is outdoors so we didn’t use, but you don’t need to staying so close to seminyak’s best!
