"Couldn’t fault the location!"

Couldn’t fault the location. 5 minute walk to Seminyak Square. The staff were very attentive during our stay - anything you needed, we whatsapped them and it was delivered within 5 minutes. Bed was comfortable and large bathroom area. The villa itself was quite big, spacious, lots of outdoor space to sit. Every evening, the staff would turn down the room and leave delicious treats.

The communication upon arrival was very poor. I arrived around 10pm and had difficulty locating the villa. In addition, there weren’t clear check in instructions. You need a key from security to let you in but I was not told this nor greeted by any staff. Had some trouble contacting the property too (via phone/whatsapp). It rained one of the days during our stay and part of the straw roofing in the outdoor kitchen area leaked a little, wetting the chairs. The mosquitos were a problem in the room, even though there was a net around the bed. The main doors to the villa close but there is still a small gap.

The property was minutes from the beach by foot. Close to all the amenities and bars, but was also in a very quiet area.

"Exceptional"

The place was great. The Villa was in walking distance of everything in seminyak square. Very attentive staff, they responded quickly and accommodated everything l needed for a special day. Will definitely stay here again when in Bali! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Photos are 5 plus years old Terrible I mean terrible kitchen facilities .MOVED OUT half way though .Wont use booking.com again as this is the second deceiving villa we had booked .When they discover we had left they wanted to upgrade us ???? I thought this was already an upgrade the ratings u gave were 9

"Great Location and Villa (love the pool)"

Location was great (close to lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance) and the entire villa was lovely - pool was great. The staff whilst not on-site were extremely responsive and very helpful and kindly even brought us breakfast early one day when we have to leave to catch the fast boat. Would definitely recommend the villa.

Everything you need for a great stay in Seminyak! Surprised me with Happy Birthday balloons and art on the bed. Really excellent!

It’s getting more noticeable that parts of the villa is more used, but nothing to complain about. Overall great
