Location was fantastic and the staff were great, polite, helpful and friendly.

We experienced several issues during our stay, including power outages(relating to just our room), leaks in the bathroom, kitchen and tap, an air conditioning unit leaking onto my sister’s bed, and a broken dining chair. While I understand that some issues can be outside of control, having to move rooms at 2am with a 7-month-old and a 2-year-old was particularly challenging. And there wasnrt enough towels. 4 towels between 6 people! That said, despite these setbacks, I would still recommend Henrietta’s Residence.

It's beautiful

I think they will need fumigation. Food is not too close. An inside restaurant will be helpful
