RESIDENTS IONIAN (BED AND BREAKFAST)

Frühstück war gut, Lage war sehr gut.

Der nächstgelegene Strand, der Paliostafida Beach, ist leider eine große Baustelle. Dadurch ist der Badespaß sehr stark eingeschränkt. Zum Makris Beach ausweichen, nur ein paar Minuten weiter.

Location . Initial arrival the host were very kind providing cream for wasp stings and bottled water to drink. Never saw the hosts again.

This place is a disaster. No housekeeping at all — no fresh towels, no bins emptied, nothing. The pool was filthy, the room was dark and depressing, and cats were roaming everywhere. It feels completely neglected and unhygienic. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Persone disponibili e cortesi. Molto premurose a soddisfare le richieste. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

We did not actually end up staying in accommodation, we arrived at the property and was told they are had organised alternative accommodation as there was an issue with Ionian Residence

Location is excellent - a short 5 min walk to Lassi main street where there are lots of bars, shops & restaurants. It is also walking distance to several beaches. Air conditioning was good and plenty of hot water. This is a budget aparthotel, as it would be classified in the UK.

Where do I start. We arrived at 1pm and were met by the two daughters & owner. We were assigned to room 11 - this was the two BEDROOM apartment we had booked. We were told that due to family arriving, we would move to room 6 from night two which were informed was a sea view apartment and quieter "for a more relaxing stay". We never viewed room 6 prior to moving but we were conned - it turns out this is a Studio apartment with THREE beds in it for 4 people. We purposely avoided this in the booking but were given no choice - it was stay here or leave. Cleanliness of the room was poor, though the bedding & towels were changed every couple of days. Construction work - there is major construction work going on site with the owner building 6 new apartments - this led to an immense amount of dust, mess & noise from 8am-4pm. I would also consider it dangerous - if you have small children then avoid as the building site is unprotected and you are free to walk all around it. There is also a new hotel being built around 250m and they are working on it 7 days a week. The family are pleasant enough, but they really shouldnt be taking bookings whilst this is going on - we saw guests leave whent they realised the situation. Some guests are being farmed out to the Hotel Lorenzo around the corner - this is owned by a family relation. Would I book again - No, because you can't be sure what room you will be stopping in and the site is a mess.

Pentru micul dejun trebuie să achiți separat, noi nu am luat la ei ci am cumpărat câte ceva la magazin( este în apropiere) din plusuri,paturile spațioase și plaja liniștită
