RESIDENTS IONIAN (BED AND BREAKFAST)

Near the beach. Property is a bit old fashioned and there were a lot of things that needed repair. The people were friendly thought and the pool was good.

In need of repair and replacement of certain things. It was a bit difficult to cook as kitchen very small. Shower was a corner cubical and again very small. Bed was comfortable thought.

Conduzione famigliare, gentilezza e disponibilità. Colazione ricca. Stanza ampia. Posizione comoda.

La struttura non si presenta molto curata esternamente. C'è un cantiere per ampliamento oltre la parte anteriore e quindi disordine. Il terrazzino vista su altro cantiere e in fondo il mare. Abbiamo trovato non equilibrato il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nothing. We were never allowed to stay there. After a long day travelling we arrived approximately 21.30 only to be turned away by the staff and owner. They had booked us another apartment (with no facilities what so ever just a bed and a fridge). Up a very steep long hill. We are 67 and 71 years of age it was impossible for us in that heat meaning we had to shell out for taxis too and from the complex into the town below There was nothing around the complex ie shops bars restaurants beach etc. we were stuck. I have emailed booking.com but obviously had no reply. They have washed their hands of us after taking our money they are not interested

The location was great, quiet and almost walking distance to everything, markets, restaurants, small beach, the sea view very nice from the first floor room Hospitality of the staff, everyone was nice and welcoming, we were offered free breakfast and a good bye gift, owner also offered to organize a barbecue for us at the location Big rooms with kitchenette and everything you need inside, big terrace

The overbooking for 2 nights out of 4 nights, we were offered an alternative hotel, Hotel Lorenzo, very close by, which turned out to be great as well so all was ok in the end.
