RESIDENTS IONIAN (BED AND BREAKFAST)

Much more to this accomodation than meets the eye. They provide everything but without the fanfare of a 'hotel'. Close to two beaches - the best is a nice little stroll that I measured as 750-800m, the other, facing NW was only 250m away. Restaurants and shops are only a 500m stroll. The AC works (it was 40°+ finish our stay). The room has a micro kitchenette allowing some food preparation along with a fridge too. Maria is conscientious, observant and helpful. They have their own little shop for essentials, saving a 500m still to the shops. The little pool is a boon if timing before departure etc. Gives no time for the beach.

If the weather meant you couldn't only stay inside, you might be a little stuck. It is a place to sleep, wash, have breakfast, but not somewhere you would stay inside for. But in the summer months, this doesn't come into the equation.

Ondanks de enorm vriendelijke ontvangst van Irene was de accomodatie niet wat we hadden gehoopt en verwacht. Het zwembad en de ontvangst waren heel fijn

De accomodatie heeft helaas niet de standaard die wij verwachten voor deze prijs en onze verwachting. Wij hebben ons welkom maar niet prettig gevoeld tijdens ons verblijf. Hebben een ander hotel geboekt. .

Everything was great, I hope we will come again

We had a lovely stay, great location and lovely hosts. Great bonus to have a pool and be so close to many beaches.

Bathroom was a little smalll

We loved staying here so much and really hope to come back soon- very lovely for my 3year old and had everything we needed- we only have happy memories!!

Nice swimming pool, great location,

Building site, no cooking facilities, dark room, dirty terrace.

Too much traffic from building work, constant 6 days

Great location and very convenient for transfers from the airport and walking distance to main street of lassi, beaches and a little further to Argostoli. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful, pool had sun and shade, location was lovely and quiet and air con in the rooms was effective and cooling. Owners were lovely and always on hand for any question or query. Apartment itself was comfortable and clean, with large and relaxing bed

On first day we were moved to a different hotel due to unforeseen circumstance. Although understand this was outside of control of hotel, replacement was not to the same standard as what we booked so a little disappointed with this. Cleanliness of the pool and pool area was a little disappointing.

Great location, nice big pool, the family was welcoming, gave drinks and cakes. On site parking and next to a great little beach (Paliostafida).

Upon arrival, and at various times throughout the day, owner was blasting music at ridiculous volume. Room cleaning not done well (dust under all the beds), towels not replaced, toilet paper not replaced, sheets were damp etc. Whilst pool area was lovely, pool itself was not cleaned at all during our stay. Outdoor shower area had rusted screws all over the ground and a fallen electrical light sitting in water. If they put in a concerted effort to tidy the place up, it would be such a nice place to stay.
