Duck Cottage in the centre of Henley

1) The location was outstanding, central, 1 car packing space. Easy access to the high street. 2) Spacious living room to sit all together. 3) two nice size bedrooms with two ensuites. 4) quick response from the owners and on call to help when needed.

1) the quality of the mattress and bedding/ duvet. It was cheap quality, synthetic bedding and the mattress felt like it had seen some action. 2) Having heavy curtains especially in the twin room would have kept the heat in. Being an old building with windows that are not double glazing due to being listed you can feel the cold especially when in the bed. There was an additional throw over blanket but it did not help.

Brilliant location - clean and comfortable. Very spacious and well thought out layout.

To didn’t work .property managers had no interest in coming out to sort it out.and said they would get it done on Thursday the day we went home . Really unhelpful with a couldn’t careless attitude

Great location in the centre of Henley, walking distance from everything you would want. Spotlessly clean and good clear comms from the host re access and parking.

If you like proper coffee take your own coffee pot. Also worth taking own toiletries as it was a slightly random selection.

The cottage was quiet even though in the centre of town. Very well decorated. All facilities were good. Great location.

We had to ask the Host for instructions for the television/sound bar as we could get it to work - which she supplied (she lives nearby).

The location is wonderful and the cottage is very comfortable. The hosts also really make the effort to make it a good stay. The kitchen is properly equipped so you can actually cook if you don't fancy going out one night.

Initially disappointed that there were no toiletries, only one towel per person and the parking was not available for the first two days. The parking was a one off which was unavoidable and the rest didn’t matter as the location and hosts were wonderful.
