"Really good place."

Roseland is an excellent B&B. Friendly, clean, comfy, competent. There was no mention of breakfast in the booking but we were pleasantly surprised that an ample comtinental breakfast was there for us. Jolly good pastries, too!

We had a wonderful stay at Roselands. Amanda is a fantastic host, extremely welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. She even offered to bring us to a nearby restaurant, as we came on foot. The house is beautiful and located in nature. It is extremely peaceful. We had the best sleep. The accommodation is absolutely superb with a great bed, super clean bathroom, and lovely breakfast. I highly recommend a visit.

We had an excellent stay.

"Welcoming host in a beautiful property"

Amanda was very welcoming on arrival. The room was exceptionally clean and a lovely view of the garden.

Breakfast was self service from a fridge outside our room. Plenty of cereal and milk, and fruit was also offered. Our bathroom was for our sole use but was not en suite
