Roselands B&B Henley on Thames

You get a warm welcome from Amanda on arrival at Roselands. It's in a pleasant country setting, there is parking onsite and the room was a good size.

You see to your own breakfast with edibles provided in advance in the room and in the fridge on the landing. This is fine in principle, but the large table under the room window was crammed with a microwave, kettle and coffee maker as well as the breakfast items and crockery. There is a power bar by your elbow and cables snaking around the table. While it's great that everything's to hand, it doesn't make for a pleasant eating ambience. This is a B&B run by a pleasant, friendly family and you pass through their living area as you enter and leave the house. This is a situation that doesn't suit everyone.

Lovely hosts Amanda and David. Thoughtful and kind as they made space in their garage so I could park my motorbike under cover. It was just perfect after a wet ride to get there,all facilities that were available to me were excellent and well thought out. I would definitely stay there again and for more than one night next time .Throughly recommended.

the host was very friendly and welcoming.the room was spacious and nicely decorated. there was tea coffee making facilities. very quiet. she provided us with some pastries for breakfast, which was a nice touch and totally unexpected.

Lovely hosts, Very comfortable room. We used Roselands as a stop over for an event at the Crooked Billet.
