M14 RESIDENZA BASSANELLO

Ho soggiornato a Padova per lavoro, l’appartamento è ristrutturato con gusto, moderno e pulito. Si può parcheggiare comodamente l’auto e spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata del tram è a 100 metri. Consigliato.

difficile trovare qualcosa, ci hanno cambiato la struttura all'ultimo minuto... senza preavviso e poi anche la stanza

Gestione delle prenotazioni e delle camere PESSIMO Ci hanno cambiato la struttura il giorno prima, Nella nuova struttura, una volta arrivati, ci hanno assegnato una camera con soli 2 posti letto, mentre avevamo prenotato per 4 persone. Alla ns richiesta, hanno risposto che avrebbero provveduto aggiungendo due posti letti. Invece, dopo un paio d'ora, ci avevano cambiato la stanza, SENZA AVVISARCI Nè INFORMARCI. L'abbiamo scoperto quando siamo rientrati nella stanza, che fino a poche ora prima era la nostra, ma che in quel momento era occupata da altri.. Con non poco imbarazzo sia nostro che loro...

Very bad communication with the responsible. Not worth the stress and drama! The day of the arrival, we received suspicious emails saying "urgent" and to contact him. We thought that it was a scam and we called him to understand the situation and to ask for a written communication regarding the matter. Only after 10 minutes of discussion on the phone, he agreed to send a confirmation message on the phone, stating that our appartment did not have water and that he was offering a relocation. Long story short, it was not a scam but he was very rude, vindicative and did not want to clarify anything.
