Our host was helpful and prompt. The property was great for a family get together, clean, warm, modern, comfortable beds and cosy. It was also ideally situated for getting into Leigh and Manchester by bus. We had a great time and there was off street parking. Would totally recommend.

Really nicely renovated property. The modernised interior is exactly as seen in the pictures. Very spacious, could easily host 6 adults. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in a really nice modern property. Location is very convenient for visiting nearby cities or quieter villages. Monique was also a very helpful and friendly host.

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The host Monique was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough – it's a true gem and my family and I would to go back!

A beautifully renovated property, light and bright with quality finishing and plenty of space for a family/ group. Lots of nice touches, the whole house was beautifully fragranced and inviting to spend time in. Off street parking and located close to Leigh sports village, this was the perfect spot.

On arrival at the property, I was impressed with the free off road parking to start . You enter the house from the rear and it gives you a wow factor on the decor & the size the property. Kitchen size is very generous, good size front room. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor were very sizeable with an outstanding bathroom. You then can also use the bedroom in the attic with its on-suite bathroom. All the decoration throughout also makes it a very homely feel.
