GBThe house was spacious, clean and modern. It was handy to have parking at the front and the back of the house. The kitchen was great everything you need. The host was very helpful.

GBLovely house over 3 x floors including an attic room with en-suite. 2 x v.large doubles and a good size one. Parking at rear Renovated to a modern standard. Good size kitchen / diner for 6 people. Tv in living room with apps Clean Loads of plug sockets Good value for money for the number of adults compared to a hotel. Easy access to Leigh and Atherton. On a bus route (stop outside the house)
On a busy main road so some road noise Coffee machine milk frother didn’t work. Tv it kitchen didn’t work after tuning in as no tv arial. The mattress in the 1st floor front bedroom could feel the springs although adequate. Looks like the property has had a leak recently as remedial work has taken place and patch work of paints on kitchen and living room walls

GBThe house is beautiful. The quality of finish, the decor, the extra touches, the luxury bedding and the luxury bathrooms - everything adds up to you feeling thoroughly indulged but at an affordable price. The kitchen table was our favourite spot to sit & chat. Great off-street parking provided & felt like everything had been thought of & provided. Our contact with Monique, her directions/instructions were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and we hope to revisit.
