Hospitality by owners was awesome!! They helped rent scooters and also provided laundry service

Owners were super nice and they took good care of us. It was able to change room, because we wish that, early breakfest was ok for them and they helped us every time when we asked. Scenery was beautiful and balcony was nice.

Air humidity is easily high when nature is like that.

Great view of tea garden.. You can spot a lot of exotic birds.. We saw deer and hornbill.. Cozy rooms.. Great host.. Good comfort food

The owners were amazing people and really helpful! The food there was delicious and the portions were really big. It’s a little far from the city centre so we rented a scooter which turned out to be a good option to travel around.

i like that place because very comfortable rooms and bathroom system and very kindful customer service. this place located in infront of tea gardens view is very beautiful. meals are very tasty. special reason is very clean place.

The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty of it. In particular, the hosts make her own dhal from a lovely recipe which I would recommend.

Needed a tuk tuk to get into Ella which was the only mild inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Ella Hotel! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, perfect for our group to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ella!

The room was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony and the room is amazing! Eating breakfast with tea fields view and hornbills is really an experience. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty and quite big.
