The owner of the property was an absolutely joke, she was so untrustworthy and made us pay extra fee for cleaning that wasn’t on the included price. I was refused stay unless it was paid. Don’t recommend here at all

"Needs refurbishment"

The area is nice, but the unit itself needs refurbishing. AC is old, the building needs to be painted.

My first night, the ac stopped working in the middle of the night . There was no electric fan available. To be fair, Kim who was the agent, sorted it out for me. Maintenance came to my unit and managed to fix it. Parking is available and affordable compared at SMDC.
