Smiling receptionists, helpful n polite; I liked the green surroundings, the plants, spacious enough to walk around; dog friendly; friendly residents. The hallways and even the basement was always clean and sanitized. The guards were polite and professional.

Wifi NEVER WORKED for 8 days!!! I called the host several times, she said she was sending someone but no one ever came. I never met her. Trash cans were full when I arrived. I checked in around 8:30 at night and the place was dirty. Dusty. Smelly. The towels they left there were large versions microfiber rags, very thin and non absorbent. There were no kitchen towels or rags to wipe the counters where we put the dishes after washing...and...there were COCKROACHES in the kitchen drawers and cabinets....funny too was the situation of having to unplug the fridge so we could plug in the microwave, then unplug the microwave when done so we could plug in the fridge again.

cockroach (I have pictures), bugs, cold shower and very very noisy. we could not sleep. The room is in the 2nd floor and the window is just on a large and busy avenue. I want my money back.

The location is good and they allowed pets.

For roughly the same price as the other hotels, the value for money was not there. Early check in or leaving your luggage was not possible. The host collected cash like it was a mediaeval inn, knocking on doors. The room was facing the traffic and it was near impossible to sleep between the very noisy air conditioning and the constant horns of the traffic. The doors and windows were clearly not double-glazed. Unless you are looking for a pet friendly property, there are plenty of hotels in the area at the same price with better facilities.
