The bed was good and the shower water pressure was good

They air conditioning was not enabled. When I asked about it, the first response was that it wasn’t included. I had to prove that it was indeed in the listing. Rather than communicate when someone would be there, someone came into the unit while I wasn’t there and turned it on. Well, I do appreciate that, it felt invasive, and I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication beyond the fact that they would get someone to fix it.

Körülötte mindenhol felújítás, emiatt zajos. Nem megfelelő takarítás.

Great location.

1. You have to download an app to do your check-in (add ID info) and to pay for the tourist tax and the €80 deposit. It's not through Booking.com; it's a very sketchy system, and the deposit takes a very long time to come back to your account... 2. I always communicate through Booking.com, but I was told in every interaction I had with the accommodation that I should contact them exclusively through their app; it felt like I was chatting with a bot 3. The room is very small, and the wall to the corridor is crysta (transparent glass wall), with a curtain that didn't close very well, so people can see the whole box you are in and your belongings from the corridor. There's no key, but a handle with a code in the crystal door 4. The other walls are not real walls, so you can listen to the people in the next rooms breathing, snoring, flushing, taking a shower, etc. 5. There are works in the street, they are changing the pipes (not stated on Booking.com), so the main gate was open, and everyone could go inside; it was noisy and I didn't have water in the room one of the days I stayed there...

I liked the location

I did not like that I made a mistake ( I wanted to reserve the appartment not a room) and when I called the phone number they didn't do anything, they were just saying that it is not their problem and I cannot have my money back- a lot of people are making mistakes and I never had bad experience like that. Secondly the application Zymzo you are using it is puting people in stressful situations, because if you do not come exactly till 20:00 or if you do not check out at exact 10:00 they take your money, so I really do not like it and I have never seen that kind of app. Thirdly -because I made a mistake I needed to sleep in a room made of glass and it was really weird for me. A room does not even have a window. And the only thing that is covering wall of glass from corridor wasn't even working. To come in the building the street is really scary and a bit dangerous you need to show your costumers what the street looks like. To be a bit more positive- location is good
