Iako smo se čuli s vlasnicom objekta dok smo putovali, nije se htjela javiti na telefon kad smo pronašli zgradu jer je nedostajalo nekih 15 minuta do vremena kad vam naplaćuju dodatnih 20 eura za kasniji dolazak i tako svaki naredni sat. Nije u tom problem, možda smo trebali bolje pročitati pravila, pa vam preporučujemo da to obavezno učinite.Pronalazak ključa je "misterij", s kartice će vam za jednu noć zadržati po raznim osnovama 100 eura. Na kraju, nismo uspjeli ni ući u apartman. Aplikacija vam u tom ne može pomoći, a osim aplikacije nemate kog pitati. Otišli smo do obližnjeg hotela i uzeli sobe. Tako nas je noć u Mariboru poprilično koštala.

Alle Räume waren mit einer Staubschicht bedeckt. Nicht nur von der Baustelle.... es wurde offensichtlich lange nicht mehr Staub gewischt. Haare klebten auf dem Badezimmerwaschtisch. Kühlschrank war auch nicht richtig sauber. Ohne Schuhe mag man den Boden nicht betreten. Von der Baustelle vor dem Haus war ich etwas überrascht. Durch die Baustelle war im Stiegenaufgang Baustaub und auch in den Zimmern. Abends roch es nach Küche und Fritierfett vom Restaurant darunter. Grundsätzlich war die Lokation nett und örtlich super gelegen. Jedoch mangelt es an Grundsauberkeit

This Appartement is a joke. It is a tiny room with a massive glass window in front of an aisle, you feel like in a aquarium or on a shop floor. The floor was crunchy because of all the dirt, maybe because of the massive construction site in front of the building in the whole street. The proximity to the city center is perfect, but that's definitely it.

Die Fotos täuschen. Nichts an diesen Zimmern ist luxuriös! Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sehr alten Gebäude im Stiegenhaus, dass zu zwei Drittel mit Glas abgetrennt wurde - so wurden daraus zwei Luxusappartements - ein Doppelbett, Waschbecken, Dusche - mehr nicht. Sichtschutz bietet ein schwarzer Vorhang. Es gibt KEIN Fenster!!! Wir haben eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Die Agentur des Vermieters war sehr unfreundlich. Auf den Rückruf warte ich immer noch!!!

The bed was good and the shower water pressure was good

They air conditioning was not enabled. When I asked about it, the first response was that it wasn’t included. I had to prove that it was indeed in the listing. Rather than communicate when someone would be there, someone came into the unit while I wasn’t there and turned it on. Well, I do appreciate that, it felt invasive, and I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication beyond the fact that they would get someone to fix it.

- De ne pas avoir été prévenus que la rue et le bâtiment étaient en plein travaux immergés dans les gravats ! - d'avoir mis deux heures à réussir à joindre par téléphone une personne et à trouver le moyen d'entrer ! - de trouver une chambre (plutôt un réduit vitré!) ne correspondant pas du tout à la description internet !
