Разломаннаяя территория, грязь в комнате, сломан замок, вместо стены лицевой стекло со шторкой. Совсем не как на фото. Это мошенники.

De locatie was echt top.

Er werd rondom verbouwd, bedden waren enorm hard en de deur was compleet van glas. De gordijnen waren deels kapot.

The room (it was just a bed and bathroom when I selected an apartment) was modern and clean

This property is run by a bot (Digital Receptionist) an app you had to download. Just prior to my check in time the app notified me of how to enter the property. It explained and showed a photo of a construction site and details for the code to unlock the main front door (which was unlocked and open to all). I will attach a photo but it will in no way convey the building site I had to negotiate. The stairs leading up to the room were unlit so I had to use my phone torch while navigating the stairs with my suitcase. Once I got to my room I saw it was a glass partition wall with a code to open the door. The room was along a completely open balcony hallway with no door to secure at the end. Being a solo female traveller I was terrified at the lack of security behind a glass partition. I was shaking and crying while trying to find another location to stay at as I could not stay there. The chat bot was unhelpful. I managed to find a hotel so I left immediately and messaged he chat bot that I had checked out. I was there for half an hour. The terms of the room was non refundable. This was deceptive behaviour as you had no idea that these were the circumstances of the site until just before my arrival. I urge people to take care if you should decide to book there. Despite many communications with booking.com and Main Square Apartments, they have advised any type of refund is refused. It is dishonest behaviour and clearly a way for them to make money off innocent people without revealing the truth. I was so scared and hysterical at the position I was put in and I hope to save many other people travelling alone if they value their security and safety in a foreign country.

It was reasonably clean and tidy but everything else about it was awful

BEWARE The photos are very deceiving. It is currently in the middle of a building site. The access from the main square is over rickety boarding - I had to lift my suitcase over the workmans wheel barrow as there was not room to pass. The main doors are permanently blocked open so no security there. The inner courtyard is very uneven and full of rubble, wood, etc. The apartment itself is ok but as a confident solo female traveller I felt very unsafe and vulnerable. It felt like I was in an abandoned building. I was booked for 3 nights but was so uncomfortable I left after 1 night - not a decision I took lightly as I travel on a limited budget. My decision was validated further when I was packing to leave in the morning and a strange man appeared on my “private” balcony. He came from another door that I thought was an unused unit - there was direct access to my studio plus he could see straight in! I contacted the owners who were not interested in any kind of recompense but I would definitely advise you NOT to book this accommodation.
