Beautiful accommodation, modernly decorated, spacious, equipped with all the necessary tools (coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, equipped kitchen, dining table, good bathroom, beautiful bedroom, very comfortable bed, clean. Although there was no parking at the accommodation itself, there is a paid parking lot in the city around the accommodation (from 8pm to 8am it is free, other working hours are paid at the parking lot by putting coins in the parking coin device - it is not expensive and also on holidays and Sundays it is completely free). The apartment is in a good location, you can easily find your way around, they have a good app through which we check in and which guides you through every possible step during your stay. The apartment has good heating/cooling, good internet, and a nice terrace.

You can just put up a visible sign where the entrance door is, because I personally had no problem finding it because I know Maribor well, but for someone who doesn't know it, it would be difficult to find it considering that the entrance is in the tunnel right next to the kiosk. The front door opens very hard, but with a little force we got in. Also, such apartments are unlocked based on a pin code, if you enter the wrong code 3 times you have to wait half an hour to be able to unlock it, and this happened to me because the device itself does not accept the password as a guest but leads me as a manager.
